Refund policy

Warranty: Bummy Pants Shipping provides a limited warranty of ninety (90) days against defects in material and/or workmanship for all Products, unless otherwise specified on the product packaging. Material and/or workmanship defects encompass flaws in fabric, finish, or materials not naturally occurring, as well as issues with sewing, gluing, stapling, zipper construction, or installation. Acts beyond the manufacturer’s control, such as damage caused by animals, water/fire, acts of God, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, intentional or unintentional damage by a person, or improper maintenance, are not covered by the warranty.

Bummy Pants reserves the right to request the return of the product(s) to the nearest manufacturing facility for inspection and verification of the warranty claim. Failure to comply with a product-return request made by a Bummy agent within thirty (30) days of the request will result in no return credit or replacement product being provided, and the customer forfeits their right to remedy for the claimed defect. For approved warranty claims, Bummy Pants may, at its discretion, opt to replace defective products or parts instead of issuing credit. Lost, stolen, or missing products are not covered by the warranty. The ninety (90) day warranty period commences from the date of delivery, and proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Shipped Product Refused or Damaged in Shipment: For products shipped directly to customers from Bummy Pants, not via alternate suppliers or platforms, any damage to the product upon arrival must be reported immediately to Bummy Pants Customer Service at Parivarhealthcare@gmail.com. Customers can refuse the damaged product at no penalty, citing the damage as the reason for return. If the customer opts to receive the damaged package, a full inventory and inspection must be conducted immediately, with any missing or transit-damaged products reported to Parivar Health Care. Photographic evidence of the damaged package and items must accompany any request for replacement or credit. Failure to provide such evidence may result in the refusal of the claim.
